PPF Update 2: Golden Toilet Paper

The second update for PPF, with bug fixes, features and a new paper type!

• Golden Toilet Paper: It can be purchased as the final level of paper, golden toilet paper has a base sell price of $5 and can be bought for $5000.
• Bulkier Bulk Sales: Due to popular request, bulk sales now automatically set the sale ammount to 10k sheets when the paper storage has reached over 10k. 
• Adjusted some press prices.
• Adjusted size of the sale price in the sale container.
• Decreased paper requirement for the workshop.

Next update i hope to add a rebirth system, aswell a way to sort presses and probably more balancing changes. Updates may take a bit longer due to college.
